  • We offer 3 haircut services. Each service comes with a consultation, haircut, shampoo, and style. All services are serviced with a complementary 12-oz local craft beer, coffee, or glass of water. IRONWORKS has 6-levels of barbers. Prices ranges from $26 - $54 depending on service and level of barber.

    Busy Man - Standard haircut

    Perfect Fade - Skin fade and hard part

    Ironworks - Busy Man plus, a razor neck shave with hot lather and hot towel treatment

  • We offer 2 beard services. Each service comes with a complementary 12-oz local craft beer, coffee, or glass of water.

    Bearded Man Trim - Trim and shaping with clippers only. Beard Oil Applied.

    Detailed Man Bread Trim - Starts with our basic beard trim, adding a classic straight razor line up with hot foam and towels.

    Razor Edge Up - Razor line up. Excludes any haircut and/or beard trim.

  • There is nothing more refreshing than an IRONWORKS hot foam razor shave.

    Rugged Hot Shave - Our signature hot shave. Along with this face shave enjoy hot towels and foaming lather, as well as a 12-ounce local craft beer. Includes goatee trim if required.

    Bald Head Shave - This service includes an initial consultation, a classic straight razor shave of the entire head, lots of hot towels, and a moisturizing treatment to refresh and protect the scalp.

  • Services: IRONWORKS offers discrete hair, beard, and eyebrow color services using the Redkin color products discussed below. Pricing and service times will be discussed during the consultation. Additional information can be found on our booking portal under each specific service.

    New Client Color Consultation: All new color services require an in person 15-minute color consultation by our technicians. This is a free service and should be scheduled 7 days prior to service. During your consultation, we will discuss best product and best service. Final pricing set after consultation and depends on length of hair/beard, product selected, and time required.

    Products:

    IRONWORKS offers 2-levels of permanent color services. The first level of service uses Redken's color lacquer gel which is a low ammonia product and has an express service time. Some customers might prefer our second level of service, which uses the exclusive Redken Chromatics ammonium free color product. This exclusive service is ammonia-free and leaves hair 2x stronger than before it was colored. Both services provide full coverage color that will not fade over time, and while providing 100 percent gray coverage. This color service will remain in the hair, requiring a root touch up in 4-8 weeks.

    IRONWORKS also offers Redkin’s camouflage service. This hair color service will discretely camouflage gray and look natural. This service takes the edge off gray and white beards, allowing some gray to show through. Color will slowly fade over 4-5 weeks. If required, 2-tone applications are available for temples.

    Shampoo and Conditioner: IROWORKS will recommend all color services use a color extender shampoo and conditioner treatment for best results. These products will be sold separately.

  • Rejuvenation Service: Basic facial for normal skin types looking to refresh the skin. Includes a moisturizing cleanser with super fruits that help slow aging, a revitalizing exfoliator, a clarifying mask, finished with hot face towels and a lightweight moisturizer to combat dryness.

    Overhaul Service: Moisturizing facial for normal to dry skin types looking to nourish the skin. Includes a moisturizing cleanser with super fruits that help slow aging, an energizing exfoliator with vitamin B to smooth skin surface, a micro peel mask, finished with hot face towels and a lightweight moisturizer to combat dryness.

    Jackhammer Service: Deep cleansing facial for normal to oily skin types looking to balance and detoxify the skin. Includes a moisturizing cleanser with super fruits that help slow aging, a deep cleansing facial scrub, a detoxifying charcoal mask to open and cleanse pores, finished with hot face towels and a lightweight moisturizer to combat dryness.

  • Brow Wax: Includes unwanted hair removal around the eye brows using a rich honey-based wax.

    Trio Wax: Includes unwanted hair removal around the eye brows, as well as in the ears and nose using a rich honey-based wax.

    Neck Wax: Removal of unwanted hair on back of neck using a rich honey-based wax.

FAQs

  • Emails & Cell Phones: It is most important to have correct contact information. IRONWORKS will directly engage with you to manage the schedule as emergent needs arise.

    Confirmations: We will send you SMS text asking for confirmation 48-hours, 24-hours, and/or same-day prior to your appointment. Just type "Y" to confirm or "X" to cancel. Texts will stop once you confirm or cancel.

    Appointment Adjustments: To help optimize time, IRONWORKS could adjust your appointment by +/- 15 mins. If we do this, we will send you an updated appointment via email and text.

  • Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will make every effort to provide the same excellent service; however IRONWORKS may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment depending on the needs of our other great clients. If we are running late, the IRONWORKS staff will call or text you and let you know. If you are running late, your shampoo service will be eliminated. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment could be rescheduled.

    4-Hour Cancellation Policy: : We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations. We understand that schedule conflicts and last-minute changes are necessary at times. In these circumstances, we request you reschedule or cancel at least 4-hours before the beginning of your appointment. The first occurrence will result in a warning/clarification with the customer. An appointment canceled within 4-hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the original service fee to be charged at the time of your next visit, or to your credit card on file.

    No Show Policy: We allow clients one No-Show appointment without being charged. A No-Show is where you fail to show for an appointment without notice or cancellation. On the second (and subsequent) No-Show, 100% of the scheduled service fees will be charged at the time of your next visit, or to your credit card on file.

  • In-Store Prebooking: In-Store prebooking is our preferred booking method. When you checkout we will ask if you would like to prebook and receive a discount to do so. You can also schedule multiple months in advance in the store.

    Online Prebooking: If you did not prebook when you departed, then your next best option is to prebook using our online portal. You will only be able to schedule 14-days in advance of the current date using our online portal.

    Credit Card Storage: When you schedule online and when you pay with your credit card, IRONWORKS's point-of-sale system will store your credit card on a cloud based server with encryption. Our point-of-sale system uses the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security encryption protocols which have been approved by Visa and Master Card. Your card is not stored locally on our computers or within our store, rather it is encrypted and held on a server with proper encryption and security that meets the PCI data standard established by Visa/Mastercard and bank regulators. IRONWORKS employees do not have access to your card data; our staff, however, does have the ability to view the last 4 digits and your expiration date of your card.

    $1 Charge: When you pre-book using your card on file, you will see a $1 charge. This is done by Visa/MC to ensure the card is valid. This fee will disappear after you pay.

  • Cash: Always remember, out barbers like cash tips. IRONWORKS takes all forms of payment, but cash is always appreciated.

    Credit Cards, Apple pay, etc.: We take it all.

    System Failures: As much as we hate to admit it, there are times our online system is down. When this happens, just show up and we will make it work. Then, we’ll call you later in the week to take payment.

    Credit Card Storage: When you schedule online and/or pay with your credit card, IRONWORKS's point of sale system will store your credit card on a cloud based server with encryption.   • We are a tiered pricing shop and this is how we promote our staff. What this means is that for the same haircut service, depending on who you sit with, your haircut will be priced a little differently.

    Tiered pricing only applies to our haircut services. Our grooming and salon services are not tiered at this point.

  • $3 off haircut: Pre-book at checkout 8-14 days from last haircut service

    $2 off haircut: Pre-book at checkout 15-28 days from last haircut service

    $1 off haircut: Pre-book at checkout 29-42 days from last haircut service

    Benefits:

    • No membership fee to join and participate.

    • Discounts are automatically taken off your haircut at the register; no need to carry a punch card to redeem your rewards;

    • The discount is available on any haircut package and with any barber at IRONWORKS.

    Some Rules:

    1. Schedule at time of checkout to qualify.

    2. Call store to reschedule appointment in order to maintain discount.

    3. Make sure we have your correct email and phone number. Since the frequency rewards are tied to your name, email, and cell phone, it is important that we have accurate information, so you receive your rewards.

    4. One discount per transaction, you can always choose to take advantage of any other offer or standing discount we have available instead of using your frequency discount.

    5. Offer does not apply to special advertisements or promotions.

  • We do private events for our clients, as well as special IRONWORKS Man Events. Just ask our staff.
